ALA Architecture, PLLC is a dedicated, client-focused, full-service architectural firm established in 2000 by Artur Adamov, Registered Architect (RA, AIA) and his father, Leon Adamov.
ALA Architecture undertakes a diverse range of projects across both private and public sectors, with expertise in the following areas:
Commercial: Retail centers, strip malls, offices, coffee shops, restaurants, resort centers, entertainment venues, and hotels.
Residential: Single-family homes, interior design, multi-family housing, mixed-use developments, apartments, condominiums, lodges, vacation homes, and luxury residences.

Meet Arthur Adamov, RA
Architect
Arthur Adamov, RA, is a highly skilled designer and architect with a talent for simplifying complex concepts. He collaborates closely with the team from project inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution. Arthur begins each project by crafting cost-effective strategies to achieve optimal results and takes charge of all permitting processes. His deep expertise in building codes significantly reduces time and costs, streamlining the development process. A natural problem solver, Arthur consistently finds win-win solutions to challenges that arise during construction.
With over 40 years of combined architectural experience in Uzbekistan and the United States, Arthur brings unparalleled expertise and insight to every project. He is an invaluable member of the team, contributing his extensive knowledge and dedication to delivering excellence.

For over 20 years, Jeff has owned and managed a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and multi-family properties.
Jeff’s journey into the construction industry was driven by his own frustrations with unreliable contractors. As his property holdings grew, he struggled to find a construction company that delivered quality work on time and at a fair price. Following the old adage, “If you want something done right, do it yourself,” Jeff founded Construction Expeditors in 2004.
Today, Construction Expeditors ranks in the top 9% of hotel contractors in Washington State and has successfully completed countless projects across various construction categories. Jeff attributes the company’s success to the dedication and talent of his exceptional team.
Jeff’s expertise and dedication help keep everyone organized, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. ALA Architecture extremely grateful to have such a knowledgeable expert as part of the team.

Armine Adamov
Office Manager
Armine Adamov serves as the Office Manager for ALA Architecture, bringing a unique blend of expertise and dedication to the role. With a Doctorate in Pharmacy and a business degree retail management, Armine’s diverse background enhances her ability to manage the firm’s operations effectively and be active owner on an online boutique store, Babyfamilygifts.com.
Since marrying Arthur, she has been an integral part of the architectural business, providing invaluable support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Beyond the office, Armine and Arthur share a dynamic life with their four children, who keep them engaged in fun and exciting activities. Her organizational skills and commitment to both family and work make her a cornerstone of the ALA Architecture team.
In Loving Memory
Arthur Adamov’s father, Leon Adamov was renowned architect, who played a pivotal role in designing residential neighborhoods, public buildings, and urban centers in Tashkent, notably leading the city’s post-1966 earthquake reconstruction. He significantly influenced the field of architecture through his innovative designs, impactful projects, and contributions to the built environment.
Levon Adamov’s career included award-winning projects such as cultural landmarks, government buildings, and memorials, earning him the State Prize of the USSR and other prestigious honors.
In 1998, he moved to Seattle, USA, becoming an honorary member of the American Society of Landscape Architects for his work on Peace Parks in Seattle and Tashkent. He passed away on January 4, 2014.
